General Instructions for Authors:
Authors are invited to submit original work. On or before June 24, 2016, authors will need to submit a 3-4 page full paper in pdf format via the APMC2016 paper submission website. Templates will be available from this webpage on April 22, 2016 and the paper submission website will be open for submission on May 01, 2016. Please adhere to the format prescribed in the template. Authors must ensure that they obtain clearance from their employer prior to submitting a paper.
All submissions will be subject to a rigorous review by an international panel of reviewers. All accepted papers will be available in electronic format (USB memory stick) and will appear in IEEE Xplore. Outstanding papers presented at APMC2016 will be awarded the APMC2016 Prize.
Authors of accepted papers must ensure: a final version of the manuscript suitable for publication in the proceedings is submitted by the above deadline, the presenter pre-registers for the conference, and that the paper is presented at the conference. Failure to comply with this obligation could result in removal of the paper from the conference proceedings and IEEE Xplore.
Payment of full registration will permit presentation of up to two papers, whilst a student registrant is permitted to present one paper.
Student Prize:
Outstanding student papers presented at APMC2016 will be awarded the APMC2016 Student Prize. Authors that wish to be considered for the Student Prize need to indicate this at submission. To be eligible for this prize, one of the authors must be a student at the time of submission, and the student must be the first author, and if the paper is accepted, the student must present the paper, and the student must have made a major contribution to the work described in the paper.
